Ayurvedic Ghee Nasya Rice

Ingredients (1 Serving)
- 1 cup MyOrga Aged Rice (cooked)

Instructions
- Cook the Aged Rice
Rinse and cook 1 cup of aged rice with 2.5 cups water until soft. Let it sit for 5 minutes covered. - Add Bilona Ghee
In a small pan, warm 1 tbsp of Bilona ghee on low flame until aromatic (do not overheat). - Mix and Season
Pour the warm ghee over the cooked rice. Add a pinch of rock salt and mix gently. - Serve Warm
Plate it as-is or with a side of warm herbal water. Best consumed before 7 PM for easy digestion.
